"Yesterday I met with Dan Allen in your office with the hope that he could assist in organizing/condensing/explaining the (often duplicated) paperwork sent by the State Farm office re the insurance policies for our home and two autos that Dan had recently sold to my wife Donna Ray and me. With his usual polite expertise, he was able to “make sense of it all” to the degree that I felt he fulfilled our desire for a competent representative of our particular circumstances -- given our limited comprehension of insurance services (and jargon), and also staying within our budget constraints.
I might add that my very first impression of Dan as a salesperson was that he was both knowledgeable and readily available for this type of support -- which were the primary reasons that we changed from our previous insurance company of six years (rather than simply comparing policies, prices, reputation, etc.)."

"Dan Allen did a great job helping my family out with not only securing on-road insurance for our new LSV (golf cart), but also helped us switch all of our vehicle and home policies to State Farm.
Originally, Dan said he would not be able to help with the LSV insurance, as most companies were saying. Dan then went out of his way to complete further research and get us the best rates possible to switch all policies over and keep us almost at the exact same cost we had been at with our prior provider while also being able to pay monthly as opposed to semi-annually.
I would recommend Dan to anyone looking to add or switch insurance as he went above and beyond to help our family and was extremely responsive.

"Stop calling contacts that you haven't worked with in YEARS. The last time I had any contact with this agency was probably 10+ years ago and I live in NC now yet I STILL get annual calls. I get it I could just call and ask you guys to stop but you'd think after 10 years or so of no answer that you'd just remove the number from your directory as a dead lead."
